Morning Walks


Another week is gone and I ask myself what have I done? Well, I must say, I do enjoy the early morning walk every weekday morning with my sister, Kath. We walk from 6.30a.m - 7.30a.m, it's so beautiful out there enjoying God's creation, there's something about early morning - peaceful - the only hard part is getting out of bed!! We started nearly a year ago, because of health reasons for me, now it's just part of daily life. I better finish up for now because getting up that early requires one to go to bed at an earlier time!!

Yes, I really like the title for your blog and it's nice to know where the idea came from.

You are a good healthy girl! I don't get as much exercise as I need and I am getting a bit pudgy in areas I shouldn't be. It's so hard to get motivated when I leave home early and get home late - I just get so tired!
